I was recently introduced to a very unique art form which I had never come across before: The animation of paintings!
The Turning Point by Jacco Olivier is just incredible! Being a painter myself I find it amazing how much work and how many paintings he will have had to produce to make this animation. And the combination of the expressive brush strokes and exciting colours together are just beautiful. (Watch it without the sound though...much more powerful)
